1 packet Harvey Beef Jalapeno & Cheese burgers
4 Brioche burger buns
6 tablespoons garlic aioli
100g lettuce
Olive oil, salt & pepper
For the guacamole:
1 ripe avocado
1 lime, juiced
1 tomato, finely diced
½ red onion, finely diced
2 tsp coriander leaves, chopped
Heat a BBQ or grill plate to a medium hot heat. Cut buns in half, brush with oil and lightly grill until lightly charred. Set aside and grill the burger patties, approximately 5 minutes each side, until cooked through, allow to rest for a few minutes.
For the guacamole, chop the avocado, add to a bowl with tomato, onion, coriander & lime juice, season with salt & pepper and mix well until creamy.
Assemble the burger with the beef patties, guacamole, lettuce & garlic aioli and enjoy with charred sweetcorn or a green salad.
