Step 1
Heat a BBQ or grill plate to a medium-hot heat. Cut the buns in half, brush with oil, and lightly grill until lightly charred. Set aside and grill the burger patties for approximately 5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Allow them to rest for a few minutes.
Step 2
For the guacamole, chop the avocado and add it to a bowl with tomato, onion, coriander, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix well until creamy.
Step 3
Assemble the burger with the beef patties, guacamole, lettuce, and garlic aioli.
