Double Beef Summer Caesar Burger - Rosemary and Garlic Beef Burgers with Classic Caesar Filling

Instructions
Step 1
Drizzle the oil into a pan and place over medium high heat.
Step 2
Add bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 3
Add beef burgers to the pan and cook for 4 minutes on one side, pressing down on the burger patty to flatten during cooking. Turn burgers and continue cooking for a further 4 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 4
Meanwhile in a bowl, mix ranch dressing together with cos lettuce, parmesan and pear. Toss to coat salad.
Step 5
Slice buns equally in half. Top one side of bun with a bacon rasher and double beef burgers (or single burger if only using one). Pile the other half of the bun with caesar salad.
Step 6
Serve two halves sandwiched together with a skewer or toothpick.
