Pizza Base
Step 1
Cook the meats according to individual packet instructions and allow them to cool. Slice the sausages and crumble the burger patties.
Step 2
Sauté the onions in a frypan with a little oil and salt until soft. Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes over low heat to caramelize.
Step 3
For the dough, place all ingredients into a bowl and knead for 10 minutes until the dough is shiny. Weigh the dough into 300g pieces and roll into balls. Rest for at least 1 hour, or for the best result, refrigerate overnight with a cloth over the top.
Step 4
Preheat the fan-forced oven to 220°C.
Step 5
Roll the dough into circles and place them onto a baking tray or pizza board lightly dusted with semolina or flour.
Step 6
Top the pizza with tomato base and generously scatter meat, cheese, onions, and chilies over the top.
Step 7
Put in the oven and cook until golden, approximately 12 minutes. Cut and serve.
