Steps

1. Add olive oil to a hot pan and brown off 1 finely chopped brown onion.

2. Add the 4 Harvey Beef burger patties on top of the fried onion.

3. Chop the patties up with a flat spatula and spread over the pan.

4. Season with salt and pepper and continue cooking until the meat has browned.

5. Remove and then set aside to cool.•        Meanwhile prepare the burger sauce.

6. In a small mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup kewpie mayonnaise, 1 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp American mustard, 1 tsp worcestershire sauce and 1 tbsp pickle juice.

7. Mix well and set aside for dipping.

8. Add 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese to the cooled mix along with 1/2 cup finely diced pickles then mix well.

9. Make the spring rolls by laying down the papers and filling with 1/2 slice burger cheese, 2 tbsp of the mince mixture and 1/2 slice cheese on top.

10. Roll up tightly and seal with egg wash.

11. Deep fry the burger spring rolls in a large pot filled with neutral oil set to 180C.

12. Deep fry in batches for roughly 3-4 minute until golden brown.

13. Remove and allow to drain and cool on paper towels.

14. Serve on a plate alongside the burger dipping sauce and enjoy! 🤗
