Steps
- Remove the marinated beef roast from the packaging and massage in any excess marinade.
- Place in the smoker or oven set to roughly 120-130C cooking temp for 2.5-3 hours.
- Remove and place in a roasting tray
- Pour 1 can of your favourite beer in to the tray then wrap tightly in foil.
- Place back in the smoker or oven and continue cooking for 1.5-2 hours.
- Once the meat has hit an internal temp of 90C remove and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
- Slice the roast and then serve on a large plate or dish.
- Pour plenty of the pan juices over the top of it.
- Season with salt and serve alongside your favourite roasted vegetables.
