Steps
  1. Remove 2x 500g Harvey Beef Mince packs from the packaging and place in a large mixing bowl
  2. Season generously with salt and cracked pepper then mix thoroughly
  3. Roll the mince mixture into 150-180g meatballs
  4. Add butter to the bbq hotplate or pan and spread until melted.
  5. Toast the brioche buns on the hotplate for 1-2 minute until browned, then remove and set aside
  6. Place the meatballs on the hotplate
  7. Place a small sheet of baking paper over the top and press down heavily with a weighted burger press or spatula
  8. Allow to grill for 3 minutes until almost cooked through
  9. Flip and place a burger cheese slice on each patty then cook for a further 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted
  10. In a small bowl combine finely diced pickles, 2 tbsp of mustard, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1/3 cup of Kewpie Mayo and 1 tbsp of pickle juice. Mix well and set aside
  11. For the burger place the heel of the bun down on a chopping board then layer with a good drizzle of burger sauce, lettuce, double Smashburger patties, pickles, and more burger sauce on top.
  12. Close the bun and serve your Smashburgers straight away
