Steps
- Cover in a light layer of American mustard as a binder- Apply your favourite bbq seasoning to all sides
- Place in the Smoker or BBQ at roughly 125C for 1.5 hours- Remove the sausages and slice in to thirds
- Place in to a foil tray and add 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp of buffalo hot sauce and 100g cubed butter
- Cover tightly in foil and place back in the smoker for a further 1.5 hours
- Remove and mix through the thickened sticky sauce again
- Serve in a large bowl and enjoy
