Smoked Pulled Beef Toasties

Steps
  1. Remove the Harvey Beef WA Roast with Smoked Paprika and Garlic from the packaging.
  2. If you want to pack it with flavour add more SPG to all sides.
  3. Place in the smoker set to 140C and smoked for roughly 3 hours.

**If using an oven preheat to 160C.**

  1. Once the beef has a beautiful colour remove and place into a foil tray or oven safe dish.
  2. Add a bottle of your favourite beer over the top then cover tightly with foil.
  3. Place back into the smoker or oven at the same temperature for a further 3-4 hours.
  4. Once the beef has hit an internal temp of 93C and is tender remove and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the netting from the beef and pull into chunks.
  6. For the toasties slice brioche bread into thick slices and preheat the pan.
  7. Add a tsp of butter and allow to melt.
  8. Toast the brioche then assemble on the pan with pulled beef, pickles, spicy mayo and a good sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  9. Place the toasted brioche on top and grill until the cheese has melted.
    • Remove the assembled toastie, slice in half and serve straight away.
