Smoked Cheeseburger Meatballs

Steps
  1. Slice pickles and mozzarella cheese in to small cubes.
  2. Push a piece of the sliced pickle and mozzarella in to the middle of each meatball and seal gently.
  3. Place on a wire rack and season lightly with salt and cracked pepper.
  4. Place in the Smoker or BBQ set to roughly 130C cooking temp for 45 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile prepare the burger sauce in a small bowl.
  6. Add 1/2 cup kewpie mayo, 3 tbsp ketchup, 3 tbsp American mustard, 1 tsp worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp pickle juice.
  7. Mix well and transfer in to a sauce bottle.
  8. Remove the smoked meatballs from the Smoker and stack on a plate.
  9. Sprinkle sesame seeds lightly over the top of the meatballs.
  10. Finish with a generous drizzle of the burger sauce and serve.
